Melinda Mullen opened the doors to Adorn Style Lounge in June of 2008, after selling her interest in La Panache Salon and Day Spa in Tempe, AZ, to embark on her own vision of a salon that provides affordable celebrity-treatment salon services and a charming boutique of fashion, accessories and artwork. Ms. Mullen is former co-owner of La Panache Salon in Tempe, where she has conducted a successful business for the past eight years. A hair stylist for more than 17 years, she envisioned a place that would fulfill her other creative outlets. The Adorn Style Lounge launches that vision.
Having moved to Mesa over three years ago, Ms. Mullen fell in love with the Historic Downtown area, and thought it would be great to be part of the revitalization of this area. “It has such charm and potential”. Adorn Style Lounge will provide products and services to the ‘everyday’ women like herself in a unique and inspiring atmosphere, where every customer will feel good from the inside out.
Adorn Style Lounge will stock the Prive line from celebrity stylist Laurent, as well as Pureology, an industry favorite for its color protection and organic properties. What will make Adorn a shopping destination as much as a salon, are the other feel good offerings; Blue Wick Soy Candles, local artists’ works and edgy, affordable fashion.
